A little bit about me that drove me to provide this concept to you, I have been an educator for nearly 20 years of my career which means I have taught locally, nationally and internationally to other salon professionals.  During my tour of being an educator, my teachings have included haircolor, haircutting, product knowledge and also business development.  I have been blessed to strongly refine my craft through the mentorship of some industry greats, have worked with numerous professional hair product lines from Beverly Hills to Sweden and have 4 master level haircolor certifications with 4 different haircolor lines.  Why?  I LOVE learning and teaching.  In fact, so much, I even decided to venture into coaching volleyball.   I just LOVE seeing a great change in people and being a part of that process.  From client relations to being involved with our team, I am here to provide you with quality and assurance of that delivery.  

I carefully developed The Collaborative Salon brand and our main goal is to make sure you receive an excellent experience and as the owner I have developed a whole salon system to cater to that.  You got that right can go to any of us and get a great service!!!!!   Here we work as a team to make you feel valued and encourage you to celebrate in finding a salon home where your needs are the priority of the salon.  There is a standard that we set here so all clients leave here with a fully complete happy salon experience from when you walk in the door to when you leave and go home.  You got that right… when you go home?  Yes, we brand ourselves in giving you full recommendations for you to complete the look you desire at home along with a mini styling session.   We take great pride on doing this for you!
