SALON POLICIES

  • We accept all major debit cards including Venmo, Apple Pay, cash, or checks. We also accept all major credit cards, as a small business to avoid credit card fees we appreciate guests using additional options. The Collaborative Salon requires a debit or credit card on file to secure an appointment. All credit card information is confidential and secure. Cards will only be charged due to cancellations, no-shows & last-minute reschedule as stated below.

  • We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. If you are later than the service provider can accommodate your scheduled service, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This charge may not be used for future visits.

  • We will gladly accommodate a rescheduling request. If we are notified within less than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of your service total. This charge cannot be used as credit for future services.

  • The Collaborative Salon maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. Appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours prior may result in a charge that is 100% of the cost of the scheduled services. This charge cannot be used as credit for future services.

  • No-shows will result in 100% of the scheduled service cost being charged. No future appointments will be booked until the balance is paid in full. This charge cannot be used as credit for future services.

  • If you are sick or contagious the day of your appointment please let The Collaborative Salon know prior to coming in to your appointment. We appreciate the courteousness as our team works closely with others and catching an illness could mean unwanted time off for them to not serve others. Please contact the salon ASAP to avoid cancellation fee’s.

  • At The Collaborative Salon, we want to ensure your experience and the service you receive meet and exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, we encourage you to let us know within 48 hours as we would be happy to correct any service issues within 14 days of your original appointment. There are no refunds for services.

  • We will gladly receive any unused products returned in the same condition as when purchased if within 14 days of purchase date. No cash refunds will be given, only store credit which may be applied toward retail products or salon services.

  • At The Collaborative Salon, we have the right to refuse any client who displays violent or disrespectful actions. We can also refuse to service a client when we believe the expectations can not be reached or negotiated.

  • We welcome & love children but strive to provide an environment where all can relax and enjoy themselves. We ask that all children are supervised properly to ensure the safety of themselves and others.

  • The Collaborative Salon asks that all cell phone calls be kept to a minimum and speakerphone/Facetime not be used. This is to ensure guests are not disturbed while they are there to relax and enjoy their visit without distractions. The same rule applies to all other devices.

  • Extension services or a large corrective color appointment requires a 50% deposit to book.

  • Extra charges may apply to any service. This can be due to density, length or extra time needed to execute the proper service. We reserve the right to do so and will inform you of any alteration of the price other than listed on our service menu before performing the service.
